    The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line twenty-four, by striking out the period and adding the following: with the amendment set forth below:

    On page one, subsection 2.1, by striking out “$99.00" and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Based on the National Interstate Council Index with a cap of $107.00".
